Had fairly nice stay for a single night business trip, the staff were super-friendly, location was magnificent close to the airport. Our room was spotless and newly remodelled with comfortable beds, greatly enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

The hotel was located next to a central area, and downtown. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated, provided us with clean towels, music, lovely clean bedding, it was a pleasant stay all in all.

The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to tram stops and within walking distance of most major sites and museums. there were complimentary newspapers available at the reception, which was a nice touch.

The rooms were small and cramped, and the lack of double glazing made them susceptible to noise. The heating in the rooms was difficult to figure out, and the breakfast times started too late, which didn't work with our travel plans.

This accommodation was in the very central location in the city centre. The breakfast was enjoyable with lovely personnel.

We really liked that this place had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Ha'penny Bridge.
